Our red blend is made up of Cabernet, Zinfandel, and Syrah from Lodi and it’s blended to perfection in used Kentucky bourbon barrel.
When we use bourbon barrels to age a portion of the wine, we introduce a different, more intense set of aromas and flavors that would be less pronounced in traditional wine barrels. So, give it a try and see what all the fuss is about!

The unique characters of the Cognac Barrel and the varietal Chardonnay bring about a “French Connection” that creates a truly unique wine.
Complex and unique, our Cognac Barrel aged Chardonnay jumps from the glass with aromas of pineapple and toasted coconut with a creamy palate of custard and vanilla. The wine finishes with toasty oak and baking spices to make for a decadent Chardonnay.
